Cherita O’dell is the broker of this agency who brings a wealth of experience to the table. Having been the Sales & Marketing Manager and Operations Manager of several 4-star hotels and in addition the Marketing Manager of 2 luxury condo developments. Also she knows how to promote property for sale & rent and get them noticed. She is one of the best real estate agent in Barbados.
This former Olympic athlete is efficient and works hard to get what her client wants. She offers real estate advice and services in the area of Sales and Rentals. Additionally, she has several properties in her Property Management portfolio. Consequently, with her hotel operations expertise she is able to ensure their proper upkeep.
She once produced and hosted the Real Estate & Lifestyle TV Show “Caribbean Window” which went on to air locally and internationally on CBS/WSEE in over 31 countries. She has served for several years on the Executive Committee of the Barbados Estate Agents & Valuers Association (BEAVA). And she served as the Chairperson of the Marketing Committee.
